Dealer Ordering:
To purchase products and become an authorized Alpine Innovations dealer, follow the following steps:
- Fill out the credit application (download it here) and fax it to

- Contact Customer Service to receive wholesale pricing. (801) 492-1151
- All new orders require a credit card deposit and payment prior to delivery.
- Terms are only considered after good credit history has been established.
- All private label orders require a credit card or check deposit of 50% of the balance with the remaining balance due upon shipping date.

- Shipping costs apply and usually ship DHL or UPS unless otherwise specified.
