Private Label Ordering
Quote and Order Terms:
All Quote or Order Confirmations are valid for 90 days only.
All orders are subject up to a 5% over or under run.
Half down payment by credit card or check prior to production.
A one-time (non-refundable) $40.00 graphics fee is required for all new layouts: (Private labels require 150 units of identical design only. No assorted pattern of 150 units.) The set up fee covers placement of your logo and text on our layout template and includes color matching. We also provide up to 4 background options to choose from. We request your input to assist us with the background design. Visit this link to see some sample layouts or provide us with specific information to expedite the process. If you don't have artwork and want us to render your logo and layouts from scratch, we offer our services at $70.00 hr.
Standard lead Times, shown below, start from receipt of approval of artwork – meaning – after the Output ready art has been arranged on the product, and approval from the ordering entity is received. Lead times are for all orders.
Spuds, Spud Ultra’s, Ultra HD’s, Mini’s and Like products
Orders with artwork: - 4 week standard lead time.
Alpine Feature patterns and pantones – 2 week Lead time for orders less than 100 unit per design and product. 3 week Lead time for orders over 100 units per design and product.
Stethsheilds:
Orders with Artwork – 4 week Standard lead time.
4 week standard lead time.
Alpine Feature patterns and pantones – 4 week Lead time for orders less than 100 unit per design and product. 6 week Lead time for orders over 100 units per design and product.
All other products.
Orders with Artwork - 4 week standard lead time.
Alpine Feature patterns and pantones – 2 week Lead time for orders less than 100 unit per design and product. 4 week Lead time for orders over 100 units per design and product.
Rush fee: All orders requiring a turn around, fulfillment date that is less than the standard lead time but more than 10 business days results in a minimum 10% of total order rush fee.
Hot Rush fee: All orders requiring a turn around, fulfillment date that is less than the standard lead time or Rush of 10 business days, but more than 5 business days results in a minimum 25% of total order rush fee.
No orders that require artwork will be accepted for with a fulfillment date of less than 5 business days.
Our terms: are specified in our Commercial Credit Application. Please contact me if you have not already received one. This Quote is based on the information supplied and assumes the job’s artwork will be submitted in accordance with our art & production specifications. Should the job vary from the information supplied fort his quote, a new quote will be required. The cost to process your OUTPUT READY art is included above. Additional charges may be incurred to repair or alter submitted art and to re-process “new” art submitted after the initial art has been processed. Job changes may also affect the fulfillment date and may result in a change order fee of 20%. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
Thread Color: Black thread is the only option for orders of 2,500 units per design and product. For orders over 2,500 units per design and product, black thread is used unless expressly specified in writing on the Purchase Order. Additional fees of $200.00 minimum apply. Fees will increase with size of order and cost of thread.

Make payment arrangements with Customer Service at service@alpineproducts.com, we only accept Master Card and Visa as well as business checks.
Choose micro-fiber cloth color and specify it to the graphics department: (Black or Silver micro-fiber cloth options are available)
Determine if you want hang tags for the product or if you want custom hang tags with your own design. (Custom hang tags require a set up fee of $40.00, a 2500 unit minimum, and are .07 per tag) There is no additional cost to use our SPCU01 paper hang tags on your product.
Determine what type of display options you would like. Let our Customer Service department know what you would like at service@alpineproducts.com
We will submit design layouts in jpg format via email for you to review. Once you make a decision on the sample options, we will begin production if the required deposit has been made.
Domestic shipping cost will be FOB American Fork Utah and Expedited shipping from China requires an additional shipping cost to be determined based on orders final destination and quantity. Ocean liner shipping costs from China are covered by Alpine Innovations LLC.
Final payment is required on the date the order ships. (Net 30 terms are considered only after a minimum of 5 orders and favorable credit review. Click the link for our credit application.
