Proper Care of Microfiber Cleaning Cloths.

Microfiber cleaning cloths work when used properly, however when not used properly, they can cause as much damage as any cloth.

Take these steps to ensure optimal results from your microfiber cleaning cloth.

1.       Make sure the surface you are cleaning does not have any heavy deposits or contaminants like sand and other large dirt particles.

2.       Make sure that the cloth itself carries nothing abrasive.

3.       When possible and appropriate for the object, run water over the surface to be cleaned, use compressed air, or use our safe HiVue Solution to remove particles.

4.       Remember that microfiber is not meant to be used on expensive lens elements that require professional cleaning.  Always follow the manufactures' instructions on maintenance for any sensitive surface.

5.       Hand wash with mild detergents and hang to dry.
